14-day return window
Under Greek and EU consumer law you may return most items within 14 calendar days of receiving them, for any reason.
What can be returned
- Unread books in their original condition
- Unopened toys and creative kits
- Unused art materials in original packaging
What cannot be returned
- Items damaged by the customer
- Personalised or custom-ordered items
- Digital or downloadable products
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours with a photo — we'll send a replacement or full refund, shipping included.
How to return
- Email hello@paramythia.shop with your order number and reason for return
- We'll confirm and send return instructions
- Ship the item back — original shipping costs are non-refundable except for damaged/wrong items
- Refund is issued within 7 working days of receiving your return
